Customizable metallic finishes

Our workshop offers a wide range of hot-stamping films:

Available finishes: glossy or satin
Metallic colors: gold, silver, copper, rose gold, bronze
Opaque colors: black, white, red, blue (any color available upon request)
Special effects: holographic, pearlescent, iridescent

Depending on the substrate:

Uncoated glass: After degreasing the glass, a primer is applied to ensure the foil adheres properly and to create a slight raised effect.
Plastic, aluminum, and lacquered glass: Direct hot stamping (a primer may be applied to achieve a slight raised effect), without a primer.

Hot-stamping process: precision and expertise

Hot-stamping requires the production of a custom-engraved stamp that faithfully reproduces your logo, text, or graphic design. This stamp, heated to between 200 and 300°C depending on the substrate, transfers the metallized film to your container using controlled pressure. The result is precise, vibrant, and long-lasting.

Although both of these techniques can create a metallic effect on your packaging, they have distinct characteristics. Hot stamping creates a genuine tactile relief that can be felt to the touch, thanks to the transfer of a real metallic foil, offering intense shine and an immediately recognizable premium look. Metallic screen printing, on the other hand, uses metallic-effect inks applied to the surface, resulting in a more matte finish.

Our expertise allows us to perform hot stamping on a wide variety of cosmetic packaging materials: glass perfume bottles (clear or lacquered), glass or plastic cream jars (PP, PE, PET, ABS, SAN), cosmetic tubes, cardboard cases, caps, and lids. Each material requires a specific technical adaptation.
