Exceptional lacquering to enhance your containers

A specialist in bottle decoration for over 30 years, Freval has mastered the art of lacquering to enhance your glass, plastic, and aluminum containers.
Lacquering is a spray-painting decoration process carried out using automatic guns on dedicated production lines. This technique adds a premium, refined touch to various containers, such as perfume bottles, cosmetic jars, and candle vessels. It offers a wide range of finishes—from silky matte to mirror-like gloss, as well as opaque, translucent, or frosted effects. Each project receives tailored attention to ensure a unique result that stays true to your brand identity.

Our workshop is equipped with two automated lacquering lines, enabling us to handle production runs starting at 1,000 units with consistent precision. This infrastructure gives us the flexibility to create a multitude of visual effects, including matte, glossy, opaque, and translucent finishes.

Types of lacquering:

Partial lacquering: partial lacquering involves applying a lacquer finish only to specific areas, creating a subtle and elegant contrast.
Translucent: Ideal for a luxurious effect, the translucent finish allows light to pass through and the substrate to remain visible, while adding color.
Gradient: A gradient on the bottle adds a premium, refined dimension, thanks to a gradual variation in color.
Natural matte finish: Frosted, translucent effect mimicking sandblasted glass, for a soft, satin-like appearance.
Opaque: By covering the entire surface, the opaque finish creates a clean, modern look.

Colored frosted finish: Offering a frosted look combined with a specific tint, the colored frosted finish is highly prized for its soft appearance while maintaining controlled transparency.
Matte: a refined, contemporary, glare-free finish offering a silky feel and light-absorbing properties.
Interior lacquering of candle glass: application of color to the inner wall of the container while preserving the glass's exterior appearance.
Gloss lacquer: a brilliant, reflective finish that enhances colors and creates a sophisticated, mirror-like appearance.
