Glass enameling is an exceptional decorative technique, executed using a fine metal mesh screen for ultra-precise application. This time-honored method, perfected through our advanced equipment, delivers a durable, elegant finish reserved for the most prestigious packaging. To elevate your creations, we also incorporate 24-karat gold or platinum finishes, adding brilliance and prestige.
Enameling is designed exclusively for bare glass substrates:
This technique is not suitable for lacquered glass, plastics, or metals, as it requires high-temperature firing to fuse the enamel with the glass surface.
Our enameling process involves several rigorous technical stages:
This molecular fusion between the enamel and the glass creates a decorative finish that is inseparable from the substrate, ensuring exceptional durability.
This technique ensures a high-end, timeless finish, perfect for luxury products such as perfumes or cosmetics.
Small bottles, vials, bottles, diffusers, etc.

Enameling requires firing at very high temperatures (between 580°C and 620°C, depending on the color) to allow the enamel to fuse with the substrate. However, only bare glass can withstand these extreme temperatures without warping or deteriorating. Lacquered glass would have its lacquer burn off during firing. Plastics would melt immediately at temperatures as high as 40°C. Metals such as aluminum would warp. Uncoated glass also has a non-porous, chemically neutral surface that promotes perfect adhesion of the enamel during vitrification. This unique property of glass makes enameling a technique reserved for high-end substrates, thereby reinforcing the exceptional and noble character of this process.
The incorporation of precious metals into enamel work represents the pinnacle of luxury bottle decoration. Twenty-four-karat gold and platinum, applied during the enameling process and then fired at high temperatures, fuse with the glass to create a lasting luster that will never fade. Unlike metallic inks or hot stamping, which simulate a metallic appearance, real gold and platinum provide a luminous depth, authentic brilliance, and warmth that are impossible to reproduce artificially. These finishes confer exceptional perceived value: consumers immediately recognize the bottle’s precious nature. Technically speaking, 24-karat gold is highly resistant to UV light, friction, and the passage of time, without ever oxidizing or losing its luster.
